RESOLVED DUPLICATE of bug 215871

Details

User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (OS/2; U; Warp 4.5; en-US; rv:1.5a) Gecko/20030730 Mozilla Firebird/0.6.1
Build Identifier: Mozilla/5.0 (OS/2; U; Warp 4.5; en-US; rv:1.5a) Gecko/20030730 Mozilla Firebird/0.6.1

When I have Firebird open and attempt to launch Thunderbird, it fails to open.
The same happens in reverse. When I have Thunderbird open and attempt to launch
Firebird, it also fails. This is on an OS/2 platform. I do not know if it is
the same on other platforms.

If I close the first program, the second then will launch fine.

This interference also happens if I have Mozilla up and running or attempt to
launch Mozilla with either Firebird or Thunderbird active.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Launch Firebird (Thunderbird)
2. Attempt to launch the other program
3. The disk activity light goes for a second, then stops. The second
application fails to launch

AMD K6/2-450 with 256 Mb memory, running eCS 1.1 with all current fixes applied.
Also,

you must set LIBPATHSTRICT=T

and BEGINLIBPATH to where the EXEs are.

This fix is not in any firebird or thunderbird builds yet
