When trying to display a table with the style "border-collapse: collapse" in a
right-to-left direction, the border lines will be printed on the opposite
direction (as if they are ignoring the RTL mode). I'm attaching an example.

Reproducible: Always

There's also another problem with the border-collapse, which is mentioned in
