Password manager does not work at all.
Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Browse to a site where you have id and password stored.
2. Notice the id and pw fields are not prefilled.
3. Log in.
Actual Results:
The id and pw fields are not prefilled.
After clicking login, a "xml " error is displayed.
Expected Results:
The id and pw fields should be prefilled.
No error should be displayed.
This is a regression since yesterday's (08/17) build.
