Details

JPEG image at cited url is 7242x522 pixels. This wide image is not displayed at
all in mozilla window, much less resized to fit the window with the (+)
magnifying zoom-in icon as you might expect.

(Image displays incrementally in IE when loading and is then resized to very
small, thin strip the width of the browser window. IE is better! Oh, wait, now
AOL's killed netscape and jettisoned mozilla saying 'IE is better!' doesn't win
priority points any more, does it?)
-> all/all (OS X trunk)

that said i think i've seen this bug before... or some variation close to it
Component: Image: Layout → ImageLib
OS: Windows 2000 → All
Hardware: PC → All

...
dup of 9922
With a current debug build you get (to the console) the error (at least on win32)

  JPEG decoding error:
  Image too wide for this implementation

Which is exactly what I see with the urls listed in 9922
