personal toolbar: right click doesnt work on bookmarks inside folders

In the personal toolbar, i only get a right-click-menu when clicking on
bookmarks which are directly under "Personal Toolbar folder".
In the expanced folders in the Personal Toolbar, the right-click menu doesn't
appear.
Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Create a folder in Personal Bookmark Toolbar
2. Create a bookmark in that folder.
3. click the folder in the Toolbar to expand it
4. right-click on the bookmark
Actual Results:
the right-click menu doesn't appear.
Expected Results:
The same right-click menu that shows on the bookmarks that aren't in folders
should appear.
(Open/Open in new Window/... Rename!)
