Menus will highlight briefly and then flash off; Menu functionality is functional, but impaired, as secondary menus will not display unless clicked. Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1. Ensure that the browser window is placed on secondary monitor 2. Mouse over any menu on the Taskbar or any toolbar. 3. Actual Results: See details Expected Results: Menus should work consistently on both monitors. Primary monitor has not problems.
