220169 - Change references to 'plugins' to 'plug-ins' in Help.

Description

[Stephen Donner [:stephend] Not actively reading bugmail]

Similar to what I did in bug 220097, all references in Help to 'plugins' should 
be changed to 'plug-ins' to match the rest of the application (and reflect the 
changes that I've committed).
