The glossary is very dirty with anchors all over the place! We need to remove
these unncessary anchors and change the links in the RDF file.

This is already done for Firebird Help, so moving it to Seamonkey shouldn't be
too much trouble.

Major changes: Removed all of those number anchors (like <a name="3594">) and
replaced them and their old anchors with id's.

This might cause some help items linking to the glossary to become dead, so I'm
going to make sure no regressions are happening before requesting review.

There's just the one numbered link left, the link from TLS to SSL, fix that for
