all b.m.o pages have a footer with a link to "My Bugs" that goes to
http://bugzilla.mozilla.org/buglist.cgi?bug_status=NEW&bug_status=ASSIGNED&bug_status=REOPENED&email1=<logged_in_email>&emailtype1=exact&emailassigned_to1=1&emailreporter1=1
this URL returns a list of bugs that doesn't include those with status
UNCONFIRMED.  the URL should be changed to
http://bugzilla.mozilla.org/buglist.cgi?bug_status=UNCONFIRMED&bug_status=NEW&bug_status=ASSIGNED&bug_status=REOPENED&email1=<logged_in_email>&emailtype1=exact&emailassigned_to1=1&emailreporter1=1

I don't see a "My Bugs" link for my account. Are you sure it is a default link,
not one you saved?

i'm not sure whether the default setting is on or off, but the presence of the
"My bugs" link is controlled via
http://bugzilla.mozilla.org/userprefs.cgi?tab=footer
