Repeatable; any time this URL is entered, the browser gives the "error and must
exit" message. The problem did not occur under 1.5 (I loaded the current version
today).

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Enter URL or select from bookmarks.

Actual Results:  
Browser gave error message stating Mozilla encountered an error and would have
to close.

Expected Results:  
Open the page as with previous versions.
