Browser buster URL still points to komodo in current builds

Select Debug/choffman's browser buster and see happy-fun error.

Because of AOL's insistance on rsyncing the ftp site from komodo instead of from
ftp-rsync like they were supposed to, komodo is now a CNAME to axolotl, which is
the ftp staging server currently.  Taking advantage of that, I just added a
redirect to axolotl's webserver to point /buster/ at
webtools.mozilla.org/buster/ so the Debug menu works for now.

However, the new ftp mirror network knows better, and will be going into effect
around October 8th.  At that time, it's quite likely the komodo CNAME will be
going away.  (We may have the real komodo back by then, and it might need its
name back, but it probably won't be doing the same thing anymore).  It would be
a good idea to fix the menu to point at webtools.mozilla.org before then.

The redirect "works" but the content is not all there.
