222997 - Remove attach vCard from options menu

Since the patch to bug 221472 has been checked in you can switch attaching a
vCard on or off from three different places which is a tad confusing for the
user. Probably best that it is removed from the options menu.

Why was this "fixed"? There are many actions that can be done from more than one
place (e.g. "send"). IMO all actions should be accessible from the menu bar -
so, am I missing something or is there no other way to do this from the menu bar?
Note that the other attach options are available from thre different places too
and there is no problem associated with that IMO.

Verified FIXED using build 2006-01-04-09 of trunk SeaMonkey under Windows XP.
