I've got a patch that allows mozilla to work with execshield that's included in
newer fedora / red hat releases. Simple, and wtc has aleady reviewed.

This just includes a new note section in the .s file so that the linker knows
we're not executing off the stack. Should be safe for all versions of the
various linkers.

Tested the patch on Red Hat Linux Advanced Server 2.1. Passed
both NSPR and NSS tests.
Patch checked into the NSPR tip (NSPR 4.5) and NSS tip (NSS 3.9).
It will eventually show up in the cvs tag used by Mozilla trunk,
most likely in Mozilla 1.6 beta.
