1. Open new window
2. Chose Open as Tabs for a book mark folder
3. Close that window and all others
4. Open new window
5. Open as tabs options missing from all folders
6. Quitting and restarting brings back the Open as tabs option

1. Open new window
2. Chose Open as Tabs for a book mark folder
3. Close that window and all others
4. Open new window
5. Open as tabs options missing from all folders
6. Quitting and restarting brings back the Open as tabs option

Provide Open as Tabs option every time a new window is opened

Hi Lawrence, I'm pretty sure your problem is just another aspect of bug 223331,
which meant that all sorts of menu stuff was broken in the first new window that
was opened. It's actually fixed in the latest nightlies, so you might want to
get a copy. As a quick work-around until you do, if you open a second window it
should work in that window. Close the first window once the 2nd one has loaded.

Reporter, please test a current nightly build from
http://mozilla.oregonstate.edu/pub/mozilla.org/firebird/nightly/latest-trunk/
and report your findings here,  I suspect this is already working now.

okay, this is fixed (first new window after all closed problem) as of 0.7.1, but
open as tabs is missing when no windows are open.  i've made a note in bug 204418.

sorry for bugspam, long-overdue mass reassign of ancient QA contact bugs, filter on "beltznerLovesGoats" to get rid of this mass change
