Menu File -> Print Preview: There's no toolbar anymore.
Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; en-US; rv:1.6a) Gecko/20031026
Firebird/0.7+ (Steffen). This works fine in my 10/24 build.
This is obviously a regression of Pierre's print preview forking:

The <xml> tag must be the very first in printPreviewBindings.xml.
Patch upcoming.

This patch moves the <xml> tag to the top of printPreviewBindings.xml. It also
adds skin/printing.css to mozilla/toolkit/components/printing/jar.mn since
Pierre forked that file.
