From the Check Spelling Dialog: 1) Click on Language 2) Click on Download More Notice that nothing happens. Seamonkey does not take you to a dictonary download page. This is because we don't provide a url to go to in mozilla. Netscape uses a url that takes you to a Netcenter site which has dictionaries. Now that mozilla ships with the spell checker by default, we should point to a mozilla dictonary page. I think the following site should be used: http://dictionaries.mozdev.org/installation.html

seamonkey part checked in. Have to do work to the dialog to launch the url in a default app for thunderbird. Marking fixed for seamonkey.
