Toolbar print button fails to call print dialogue, whereas File|Print works fine.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Press Toolbar Print button

Actual Results:  
Nothing at all.

I have reproduded this problem on Win ME, 11/03 build.

From Reporter: This is not fixed. Though the Print dialogue is now called by the Print button on 
the Toolbar, pressing Print on the dialogue fails to do anything at all. In fact, this is even worse 
than before because choosing File|Print now has the same problem as the Print button on the 
Toolbar: it calls a useless Print dialogue. 
Appears to be working on the 11-06-03 nightly build on OS X 10.3 7B85. Correctly
activated selected printer and printed a test page...
The build I'm testing is 20031106. That's the one where the Print button calls the Print dialogue, 
but fails to print. 
Forgot to mention it's the *Linux* (gtk2) 20031106 build. 
Ralph: I just fixed that. It should be fixed in tomorrow linux builds.
