Part of the new theme work for Qute. We need a separate column for the
attachment indicator instead of overloading the mail envelope icon.

I'd like to check this in for 1.6b since tbird 0.4 needs to leverage it. It
should have ZERO impact on seamonkey because we don't have UI for a thread pane
column that shows off this work so I think the risk is low.

my one question is the wording of the "Attachment" column header/sort option,
but I see that "Attachment" is what OE does.

rest of the new theme is ready to go in.
