Japanese Mozilla user groups have been active for a long time and has its own bugzilla running (http://www.mozilla.gr.jp). Recently, I found that Korean Mozilla user group had been founded (http://www.mozilla.pe.kr) I'm sure there are many other web sites put up by national/regional Mozilla user groups. It'd be nice to put links to them all in a single easy-to-find place at www.mozilla.org so that those not comfortable with English can report bugs and give feedback in their native languages. Needless to say, it'd be good for PR.
seems like the canonical name for http://www.mozilla.pe.kr is http://www.mozilla.or.kr
-> me community.html need to be in its own directory see also bug 225179

I found that http://www.mozilla.org/start/1.5/ has links to 5 regional/national Mozilla usergroups. It'd be nice to add a link to http://www.mozilla.or.kr as well (I couldn't find 1.5 specific link at the site although there's a page in which the Koran language packs for 1.5 and firebire 0.7 are announced).
