User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; U; Linux i686; en-US; rv:1.5) Gecko/20031016 Build Identifier: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; U; Linux i686; en-US; rv:1.5) Gecko/20031016 Baysian filtering is already included within Mozilla Mail; it would surely be a "killer" extension were mail to presort and label incoming mail. Naturally, the presumption of "Not Junk" would have to be replaced with "not normal". Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1. Turn on Baysian "junk" filtering. 2. Get mail. 3. Observe mail sorting and labelling. Actual Results: Whilst mail is (approximately) correctly sorted into two catagories, it has not been filtered further than that, furthermore, mail has not been labeled into catagories such as "work", "personal" etcetera. Expected Results: Ideally, Mozilla would filter and label incoming mail (if the appropriate level of filtering were turned on). However, _expected_ results are the results attained. This enhancement would be an excellent accompaniment to further refinements being made to the Baysian filtering mechanisms, given that spammers are becoming more sophisticated in response to better spam filtering techniques. A kind of "civilian spinoff" in the war against spammers, if you like.
