Preference pages in chatzilla are not available, they are visible, but are not
accessible, and OK button doesn't work when trying to enter nickname, username &
such on initial setup page which is only accessible (because it's opened with
preferences).

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Switched profiles to new user

Actual Results:  
Same as with default profile

Expected Results:  
Allow chtazilla preferences to be changed. Firebird seem to be working ok, with
cleared favorites and such.

Chatzilla also reports, when trying to change preferences trough command /pref
name xyz

This is because Mozilla preferences panels do not work in Firebird.
