when pages which show icons in the address bar are saved in bookmarks the icon
is only saved sometimes and they are always forgotten after a while.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.go to www.google.com
2.save as bookmark
3.check if icon is saved 

Actual Results:  
icon shown is blank blue page with corner turned

Expected Results:  
shown an icon consisting of a blue G in a multi colour box
