in thunderbird-win32.zip all files are located under a directory called thunderbird the exe file is thunderbird\thunderbird.exe Directory and EXE file should be called MozillaThunderbird! We're currently inconsistent with Mozilla Firebird. Bad! is should be MozillaThunderbird\MozillaThunderbird.exe lets fix it will we can!

Was it discussed in another bug, or somewhere else? I'm interested in seeing the reasoning for this inconsistency.
