MozillaFirebird.exe.manifest file was apparently copied from some Microsoft's
tool as-is and now contains wrong application name and description.
Suggested changes are:
"Microsoft.Winweb.MantaRay" -> "MozillaFirebird"
".NET control deployment tool" -> "Mozilla Firebird"
