Sorry sorry sorry, I forgot to mention the importent detail, that this only happens, if the filename of the attachment contains german "Umlaute" like "ä,ö,ü" or a "ß", and maybe other none ASCII characters...
I confirm this under Linux. It seems to happen only with filename with non ASCII characters. Furthermore if you choose to "Save all" and select a folder Thunderbird ask "/path/folder already exists. Do you want to replace it?" Jérôme
