When I try to save an attachment, the filename does not appear in the "Save
as..." dialog, neither on Windows 2000 nor on Linux.
Win2000 build: 0.4a (20031126)
Linux build: 0.4a (20031121)
Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Just try to save an email attachment
2 [review].

Sorry sorry sorry, I forgot to mention the importent detail, that this only
happens, if the filename of the attachment contains german "Umlaute" like
"ä,ö,ü" or a "ß", and maybe other none ASCII characters...

I confirm this under Linux.
It seems to happen only with filename with non ASCII characters.
Furthermore if you choose to "Save all" and select a folder Thunderbird ask
"/path/folder already exists. Do you want to replace it?"
