When printing a page, the font sizes are too large, and bear no relationship to
the font size on the page display, or those in the print preview.
The only good thing is that print preview text zooming has an effect, though the
printout does not match the preview display.
In one test, the printout at 70% zoom was a bit larger than the preview at 90% zoom.
The printer driver does not seem to matter. I tried HP LaserJet 6P PCL and
PostScript, as well as FxPrint.
This bug makes it impossible to selectively print certain pages.
It also makes it inconvenient to print at all, since print preview must be used
to shrink the fonts for a reasonably sized printout.

Can you give a page example please?
And what you have your fonts set to?

Mind the line wrap.
In truth, it doesn't matter. It's the same for all pages.
But using the above example, I had to reduce the print size to 80% to roughly
duplicate the print layout shown with "Shrink to fit". That is, the actual
printout is about 20% larger than the print preview.
My fonts:
Proportional = Sans Serif (size 16)
Serif = Times New Roman
Sans-serif = Helvetica
Cursive = Times New Roman
Fantasy = Times New Roman
Monospace = System Monospaced (size 14)
Minimum font size is set at 12, and the "allow other fonts" box is checked.
Setting minimum font size to None has no effect. Changing the point size for
Proportional (which is most of the content on the example page above) results in
a smaller print preview, but the actual printout is still about 20% larger.

Not OS/2 specific. We actually print a little smaller than windows.
They do seem big.

I wonder if this is related to Bug #209492?
