There's a couple of bugs with simple fixes that I'd like to land for 1.6,
without landing all of the 0.9.54 work (huge diff).

Bug 115680 and bug 176506 (initial size of userlist)
Bug 227402 (meta tag in output-window)

Also, fix the default value for the initial URLs in the pref page, make irc:///
URLs not cause JS exceptions, and fix mIRC backgroud colours.

as a potentially highly visible mIRC color bug.

Asa, no, this patch has no localisation changes.

you'll need to make up a new version number for this.  It's not 0.9.53 anymore,
but 0.9.54 is reserved for the result of your 0.9.54a-z tests.

We don't have much wiggle room:

0.9.53a -- I've been using this notation to mean a pre-release version of 0.9.53.

0.9.53A -- caps could distinguish between a pre-release and a post-release, it
would confuse the uninitiated though.

0.9.53.1 -- waah, another dot in the version.

I think I like caps the best.
