With two tabs open the title bar doesn't update when going to another page.  It
only seems to change when switching between tabs

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open a second tab (ctrl+t, midle-click...)
2. Go somewhere in either tab

Actual Results:  
the titlebar remained at whatever it was before the second tab was opened

Expected Results:  
The titlebar should change to the tab's title

Happens with the more recent firebird and seamonkey nightlies (Mozilla/5.0 (X11;
U; Linux i686; en-US; rv:1.7a) Gecko/20040113), but doesn't hapen with Firebird 6.1

I can confirm at least on Windows that the titlebar does NOT update when you go
to a second tab and enter a URL.  Clicking back to the first and then BACK to
the second DOES cause the titlebar to update.
