While copying my old machine's .mozconfig over, I was looking at some of the
options that were there, and noticed --disable-dtd-debug. I looked around in
lxr and it doesn't seem to do anything now. (See e.g.
http://bonsai.mozilla.org/cvslog.cgi?file=mozilla/htmlparser/src/nsIDTDDebug.h)
I have a patch coming up which removes the remaining traces.
