presumable one copy is unused. if not, one should be made unused, and removed.
You should double check the jar.mn files but it looks like the communicator versions aren't being used.

pch copied these files in bug 194678 but never removed the old ones.
Ok, right /me stops looking The themes files also mentioned there have been removed completely. From checking with a clone file detection tool I can say it's exactly those four files that are identical between global and communicator.
