23215 - [RFE] Sticked Bookmark window

Personally I don't like IE-like search window sticked to the left of the browser
window. I've many folders and long titles, so if I really use it, it can take
quarter or third of screen width.
However many people like this, so I support to be the Bookmark window stickable
inside the browser window.
But I also suggest to be able to drag out the sticked bookmark window, making it
floating window with just a drag.

Can a user close the "My Panels" portion of the browser and if so, how?

Doh! I guess you can close the "My Panels" window through view/sidepanel. Ooops.

Reassigning 79 Bookmarks bugs to Ben.  I was told this was going to be done 
shortly about two months ago, but it clearly hasn't been.  I think that's long 
enough for all these bugs to remain assigned to nobody.

I believe this to be dependent/duplicate of the float/dock sidebar panel bug
that I'm /sure/ is filed somewhere.

Do we have a 'floating sidebar panel' bug that this can be duped to? I can see 
the potential desire to have a floating simline window... although the main 
window can currently be opened from the Bookmarks menu, clicking "Manage" on 
the sidebar panel toolbar, or hitting Ctrl+B
