I I try to drag & drop an URL from the addresbar into the bookmarks folder on
personal toolbar, nothing happens. Dragging to the bookmarks-menu works,
dragging in other folders on toolbar works.

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Drag the icon in adressbar into bookmarks folder on personal toolbar

Actual Results:
I hear a beep

Expected Results:
placing the bookmark there;)

I'um Using the Smoke theme, tabs extensions, calendar.
Not very helpful to say WFM on a completely different OS, but could you tell me
if the Bookmarks menu opens, at least, when you drag the bookmark onto it?
If it opens, do you get the line for where the bookmark will be inserted when
you move down it?
The menu opens and I see the line. If I release now, the bookmark is there. But
if I only drag the item on the button and release it, before it opens, the bug
appears. Not so in the bookmarksmenu in menu bar.

Really a little bug...;)
I'd say this is bordering on trivial.
One would hope most people would wait for the menu to open.
But same behaviour can be reproduced under Linux, at least, so...

Currently on win2k it also happens if you wait for the "bookmarks" folder on the
pt to open - as long as you drop it on the folder title itself. Dropping it at
some valid place in the popup works.
Bug 202545 will fix this, if the attached patch gets review.
