I need a few changes in order to make some changes to palm sync.
The main one is to know when a Moz AB is deleted, instead of just guessing by
its absence. 4.x set the position of the server to 0, and deleted all the other
prefs. That seems OK to me. The other change is to export the card attribute for
display name so I can use it to help avoid dups.

this is a -uw diff, so the whitespace looks funny, but it's been cleaned up.
