New checkin yesterday was meant to make the download manage blink twice when a
new file was added if the window wasnt in focus (which is basically going to be
all the time since you click a link in the browser to download something, then
the download window isnt going to be in focus is it?).  But the checkin has made
the taskbar icon blink non-stop after a file has been added.

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. start a download
2. go to a webpage and click to download something else
3. download manager flashes non stop until you click it

Actual Results:  
download manage flashes non stop

Expected Results:  
download manager flashes twice and then returns to normal grey colour (so as not
to be irritating by having it dark blue until you click on it again).

WFM in the 6-Feb branch nightly.  Blinks twice as it should.

WFM in the 7th Feb nightly. Blinks twice as should in the branch build. Nothing
happens at all with a trunk build so I presume this has only been checked into
the branch, right?

just tried 0207 branch and its still doing it exactly the same for me.  im using
XP Pro.

Ewok can you reproduce this using a more recent build? Please make sure that you
use a clean profile and clean install (do overwrite previous install) when
testing. Thanks.
