If you have a category on the HH that doesn't exist on the PC, the Moz AB created has a blank name, so it fails. Patch upcoming.

Is there an updated xpi available yet? Latest I see is dated 2/10: ftp://ftp-new.mozilla.org/pub/mozilla.org/thunderbird/extensions/palmsync/
