234253 - Limit Extensions File Picker to .xpi

Thunderbird has an the ability to browse to an extension you wish to install.  

Currently, it shows alll files.   

Since Extensions end with ".xpi", it should filter for .xpi, and allow users to
override, with the customary "All Files" if one should wish to do so.

Great for people who like me download everything to the desktop, and have a
giant desktop filled with over 100 icons.  Much easier to find what I want.

Yea, the first patch of mine to be checked in!

I'll get a themes patch tomorrow.  It's already midnight around her.  I'm alone
on valentines day... so yea, tomorrow ;-)
