Many "(needs updates)" string display in Language/Content category.
Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Install calendar_linux_20040109.xpi on Mozilla 1.6 + Japanese Language Pack.
2. Start Mozilla,
3. Edit -> Preferences -> Appearance -> Languages/Content
4. You can see many "(needs update)" strings..
