Whenever we download new headers (even for read messages) from an idle response, we trigger biff. For example, if we're IDLE in the trash, we'll trigger biff when a message is deleted. We should only trigger biff if the folder in question gets checked for new mail. (My IMAP server only seems to trigger idle responses for the INBOX, from what I can tell, so I didn't see this problem earlier)

Comment on attachment 143290 [details] [diff] [review] proposed fix excellent. There have been a lot of folks in the forum testing this stuff that were complaining about just this problem.
