Whenever we download new headers (even for read messages) from an idle response,
we trigger biff. For example, if we're IDLE in the trash, we'll trigger biff
when a message is deleted. We should only trigger biff if the folder in question
gets checked for new mail. (My IMAP server only seems to trigger idle responses
for the INBOX, from what I can tell, so I didn't see this problem earlier)
Attached patch proposed fixSplinter Review
only set performing biff if this is a folder that we check for new messages,
like the inbox.

excellent. There have been a lot of folks in the forum testing this stuff that
were complaining about just this problem.
