Based on a discussion in the Bugzilla developers list, it might be useful to
have our own Bugzilla.org ActiveState PPM repository that contains the packages
that Bugzilla needs. In fact, without this, the installation instructons for
Win32 are going to be very complex.

So, right now this is assigned to me, I guess, since I was so foolish as to
suggest it.

If there's anybody with more Win32 perl experience, feel free to take it from
me. In fact, please do. :-)

Well, for what it's worth I took the only module (Chart) that you can't find 
for ActiveState 5.8 on the combination of the ActiveState and Apache 
repositories and made it available at http://www.teamsybase.net/ppm.

So, for Windows folks using ActiveState 5.8, the only need to remove one of 
the ActiveState repositories (they include one in their list that only has non-
Windows versions of many of the modules) and then include the Apache 
repository and this one and they should be set.

I'm also in favor of having Bugzilla.org host the modules though.

ok, this now exists, at http://landfill.bugzilla.org/ppm/

glob is maintaining it.
