This bug is not fixed - the patch was checked in but later backed out.

I had checked in the patch unware of the requirement of 1.7 Approval, so I back
it out. Mozilla still has some problem working with GOK & Gnopernicus even with
these patches (Bug 235690,235719,237957,237956). We have found some reasons, and
are working on them now. I am not sure whether we can fix all the problems
before 1.7 release because of lack of resource. Since mozilla won't benefit much
from several fixes on accessibility, so maybe we can put our complete fix into
1.8 or 1.9 branch.
