Mozilla Mail has a feature whereby pressing Shift with the Delete key bypasses
the Trash folder. This feature is not visible on any of the menus, nor is it
listed in Help, so it is not easy for users to find.

Actually wouldn't it be better if the bgcolor was set on each <tr> rather than
on every single <td>?

We shouldn't use bgcolor and bordercolor at all in a xhtml 1.1 file... But I can
fix that in bug 236942.
