Quite often since the update to my current version of Mozilla (1.7b), when
loading up a new Mozilla browser (or mail window) the theme has broken leaving
me in a half half state. My theme is set to Modern.

Before running 1.7b I was running 1.6 for months, this has been happening ever
since the upgrade.

If I close the window, and open a new one it normally fixes itself fine, however
can repeat itself numerous times

Reproducible: Sometimes
Steps to Reproduce:
1.Open a Mozilla browser/Mail

Actual Results:  
Mozilla loads up, sometimes/often in a broken theme state

Expected Results:  
Normal behaviour
