If you have an imap folder open, click offline, and do a download, then
immediately try to read a message, it will fail because the offline sync closed
the open folder's db. Fix upcoming.

this bulletproof's it by making the getmessagesize call get the db if it has
been closed. I'll also attach a fix so that the going offline process doesn't
clear the db for the open folder.
