Steps to reproduce
1. Have at least two accounts set up in mailnews
2. Go into mail & news account settings
3. Highlight the account which is not the default one
4. Click on Set as Default button
Expected results
1. Account becomes the default one and Set as Default button disables.
Actual results
1. Account becomes the default one but the Set as Default button stays enabled.

Adds a disable to the button
Although I would have been just as happy if you'd used setAttribute directly.

Verified as fix on latest 1.7 branch 06-24 builds for all the platforms.
Changing keywords from fixed1.7 to verified1.7.
Leave this bug status "as is" until this bug be verified on trunk again...
