Thanks to the patch for bug 239555, it is now possible to directly open .EML
files from Mail/News, using File | Open File.
This same menu item appears in the standalone message window. Selecting this
item opens the file picker with "Mail Files" as the listed type; however, after
picking a file and clicking Open, nothing happens.
This is true for a standalone window opened on a message in the mail tree or on
a .EML file.

This is also true for a standalone window opened as message/rfc822
attachment(forwarded mail in attachment) display window.

Verifying this is fixed; I see it working fine in
Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.0; en-US; rv:1.8a2) Gecko/20040522
