After downloading a file the Launch file & show file location buttons on the
progress dialog don't work.  If you use the download manager the controls there
do work.

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Select progress dialog in preferences
2. Click on a download link 
3. When file is downloaded click on launch file or show file location

Actual Results:  
Nothing

Expected Results:  
File should be launched or finder window opened

Console states: nsProgressDialog::onLaunch failed: TypeError:
this.targetFile.launch is not a function

Mac branch works for me as of 0511.
