In Mark Pilgrim's styled atom feed, when middle clicking and activating
auto-scroll, the scroll icon appears to the left of the cursor, rather than
underneath it. This might relate somehow to 215762, but I tested other styled
rss feeds (http://www.allaboutsymbian.com/rss/handango/s60hnrss1.xml
http://www.gotfoo.com/rss/) and also another styled atom feed
(http://today.icantfocus.com/blog/atom.xml) and auto scroll responds normally on
them.

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Middle Click

Actual Results:
Auto scroll icon appears far to the left of the cursor.

Expected Results:
It should appear underneath the cursor.
The original url is not working for me anymore (at least not showing the bug).
This one still is: http://diveintomark.org/public/2004/05/atom.xml

This is probably relatedto/a duplicate of bug 242466
