The 'Manage Certificates' and 'Manage Security Devices' dialogs come up 1 pixel wide on a newly 
created profile as well as the profile I've been using since 0.6.

There's no such problem in 0.6 itself, so seems to be a regression.

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Create new profile (or use profile from 0.6)
2. Open preferences, go to advanced tab
3. Click "Manage Certificates..." or "Manage Security Devices..."
Actual Results:  
The dialog comes up, but initially is just one pixel wide. It can be resized by grabbing the lower... uh... 
corner, and the resizing seems to stick in that profile.

Expected Results:  
Dialog should have come up at a reasonable size in the first place.

Mac OS X 10.3.3, default Pinstripe theme.
