To reproduce:
1. Go to about:blank
2. View Source
Now you have to wait about 2-3 seconds until the source appears in the window.
This is some regression, bug only filled for the archive ;), marking the right
dependency (i tested the regression window, it's the same and that the caret
appears if you move the cursor over the view source window proves it).
