If you have a combobox on a page, it will not print, it gets squished.

Reopening big. Changing OS to Linux. I see a problem on linux build
(2000020209m14).Button in combobox takes a large space and appears wide. Looks
fine on windows.

Fixed. Rods and I put in code for the PS devicecontext cache the creating
device context and use its settings. In this case PS did not have a scrollbar
so it needed to as the screen(parent context) the scroll bar width.

Is it possible that this issue hasn't been fixed in Xprint
(mozilla/gfx/src/xprint/) ?
Printing http://www.mozilla.org/newlayout/xml/debugdemos/books/books.xml (toggle
style to see full description with images) doesn't look look very "healthy"
(going to attach screenshot of resulting PS image).

Can anyone list the API changes between current version of PS module and current
version of Xprint module, please ?
